Water Infrastructure Financing

GEFA's water and sewer financing programs offer low-interest financing for public drinking water, reservoir and water supply, water quality, stormwater, and solid waste infrastructure.

These programs are available to local governments and water and sewer authorities. Click on the program to learn more:

Please note, state law does not allow GEFA to lend to private entities for water, wastewater, sewer, and septic projects.
