GEFA's water and sewer financing programs offer low-interest financing for public drinking water, reservoir and water supply, water quality, stormwater, and solid waste infrastructure.
These programs are available to local governments and water and sewer authorities. Click on the program to learn more:

Loan applicants that meet certain criteria are not required to repay the full loan amount. In this webinar, GEFA staff shared insight with potential borrowers about GEFA’s revised processes for determining principal forgiveness.
