Below are the benchmark interest rates for GEFA’s loan programs. The benchmark rate is based on a 20-year amortization period. Additional amortization periods are available.

| Drinking Water State Revolving Fund | Federal funds for drinking water infrastructure projects. | 3.39% |

Interest rate discounts are available for WaterFirst, PlanFirst, small and disadvantaged communities, and conservation projects.
