Georgia Energy Investment Fund

Low-interest loans to fund home energy efficiency upgrades.

The Georgia Energy Investment Fund (GEIF) provides Georgians access to low-interest loans ranging from $3,000 to $50,000 for home energy efficiency improvements. All projects will also include a home energy assessment designed to measure the benefits of the upgrades. 

To get started, complete the Request for Energy Assessment form. 

GEFA has partnered with the National Energy Improvement Fund (NEIF) to lead the program, which is funded by the U.S. Department of Energy's Energy Efficiency Revolving Loan Fund Capitalization Grant Program.
