State makes investment to promote regional benefits of Richland Creek Reservoir

ATLANTA – The Georgia Environmental Finance Authority (GEFA) has reached an agreement with Paulding County for a $15 million state direct investment related to the Richland Creek Reservoir as part of the Governor’s Water Supply Program.

Georgia communities receive infrastructure loans totaling $14.4 million
