Open Records
Documents are available for public inspection upon request
The Georgia Open Records Act establishes trust between citizens and government agencies by allowing access to records and documents. GEFA recognizes the importance of providing information to citizens and will supply requested information that is considered public record.
Open records requests submitted in writing are preferred. However, verbal requests are also accepted. Requests should be submitted to Tammi S. Fuller, Esquire, GEFA’s open records officer, using one of the options below:
- Email the request,
- Call GEFA at 404-584-1000, or
- Mail the request to 47 Trinity Ave SW, Fifth Floor, Atlanta, GA 30334.
