Below are the benchmark interest rates for GEFA’s loan programs. The benchmark rate is based on a 20-year amortization period. Additional amortization periods are available.

| Natural Gas Infrastructure Financing | State funds for natural gas facilities. | 4.03% |
*Interest rate discounts are available for WaterFirst, PlanFirst, small and disadvantaged communities, and conservation projects.
