Water Infrastructure Financing

Low-interest financing is available for public drinking water, reservoir and water supply, water quality, stormwater, and solid waste infrastructure.

In addition to GEFA loans, there are several other loan and grant programs available for financing water, sewer, and stormwater projects in Georgia.

Please note, state law does not allow GEFA to lend to private entities for water, wastewater, sewer, and septic projects.
