The Georgia Environmental Finance Authority (GEFA) and the Georgia Environmental Protection Division (EPD) will hold a public meeting on January 5, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. In accordance with safety precautions regarding the COVID-19 virus and in keeping with the Governor’s Declaration of a Public Health State of Emergency, members of the public who want to participate in the public hearing must do so via conference call. GEFA administers the Clean Water and Drinking Water State Revolving Funds, which are federal low-interest loan programs that help local governments finance water and wastewater infrastructure projects that protect public health and enhance water quality.
The purpose of the public meeting is to present and receive comments on the updated 2020 Clean Water and Drinking Water State Revolving Funds Intended Use Plans.
