GEFA staff will familiarize participants with the federal requirements on the State Revolving Fund (SRF) loans through the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law. Speakers will review the longstanding SRF requirements and provide an overview of newer requirements, including environmental review, Davis-Bacon wages, and Build America Buy America (BABA).
