Drinking Water State Revolving Fund
The Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF) is a federally-funded loan program for drinking water infrastructure projects.
Eligible DWSRF projects include:
- Various public health-related water supply projects
- Projects that address compliance-related problems, such as correcting water system deficiencies including water quality, capacity, pressure, and water loss
- Water conservation projects and programs
GEFA also offers low-interest loans for energy-efficiency and renewable energy projects at water treatment facilities.
Loans are available at a low-interest rate for a maximum of 40 years. Click here for more information on eligible DWSRF projects.
