Prior to joining GEFA, Harden served more than five years in the Georgia Department of Human Services, where he worked as a grant accountant and internal auditor. 

Harden received his bachelor’s degree in accounting from University of Georgia. He also received his master’s degree in finance and accounting at Regis University. Additionally, he holds a certified government financial management (CGFM) designation through the Association of Government Accountants. Harden also serves as treasurer, secretary, and vice president on behalf of the Georgia Environmental Loan Acquisition Corporation, a component unit of GEFA.
