Independent Registered Municipal Advisor Exemption

By publically posting the following written disclosure, the Georgia Environmental Finance Authority and the Georgia Environmental Loan Acquisition Corporation intend that market participants receive and use it for purposes of the independent registered municipal advisor exemption to the Securities and Exchange Commission Municipal Advisor Rule.

"The Georgia Environmental Loan Acquisition Corporation (GELAC) has retained an independent registered municipal advisor (MA). GELAC is represented by and will rely upon its MA, Public Resources Advisor Group, to provide advice on proposals from financial services firms concerning the issuance of securities and financial products. This certificate may be relied upon through June 30, 2015. Proposals may be addressed to the Georgia Environmental Loan Acquisition Corporation, 47 Trinity Ave SW, Fifth Floor, Atlanta, GA 30334."
