DESCRIPTION:The Georgia Environmental Finance Authority (GEFA) will hold a 
 public meeting on March 2\, 2026\, at 11:00 a.m. in the GEFA boardroom. GE
 FA is located at 47 Trinity Ave SW\, Fifth Floor\, Atlanta\, GA 30334. The
  purpose of the public meeting is to present and receive comments on the S
 upplemental Appropriation for Hurricanes Helene and Milton Intended Use Pl
 ans (IUPs). GEFA refers to this federal funding opportunity as the “Hele
 ne Resilience Funding” to improve clarity in outreach to communities. GE
 FA is receiving comments on three Helene Resilience Funding IUPs\, includi
 ng CWSRF\, DWSRF\, and decentralized wastewater treatment systems.\n\nMemb

 ministers the CWSRF and DWSRF\, which are federal low-interest loan progra
 ms that help local governments finance water and wastewater infrastructure
